It is the policy of Scotland County Area Transit to comply with ADA and Title VI and ensure that no person excluded from participation, denied benefit, or be subjected to discrimination under any program financial supported by the US Department of Transportation. Any person who believes he or she has been discriminated against may contact the SCATS Transportation Supervisor, China Lett, at 910-277-2416. A complaint can also be submitted in writing via the Compliance Concern Form (for printing only). Accessible formats are available upon request (i.e. large print, audio, braille, etc.) by calling the office.
